South Korea's National Intelligence Service (NIS) believes she is highly likely to succeed her father, based on a comprehensive analysis of her public activities and state protocols.
While the NIS acknowledges Kim Jong Un's youth, good health, and the existence of at least one other child, the agency still sees Kim Ju Ae as a prominent candidate for succession. Analysts caution that her formal anointment as the country's future leader would require political achievements.
