Dibakar Banerjee is back with its sequel of Love Sex Aur Dhoka after 14 long years and it was worth the wait. Love, Sex Aur Dhokha 2 is an eye-opener that sheds light on the harsh reality and complexities of the modern world. The film is divided in three different stories with each one capturing the shortcomings of our hyperconnected world. Written by Prateek Vats, Love, Sex Aur Dhokha 2 exposed how the new and younger generation is overdependent on media and technology.

The film highlights the dark truth behind reality television, where people are put under a microscope and are treated like products for public consumption. Luv Sex Aur Dhokha 2 has Noor as its first protagonist, a transgender character who enters a reality TV show. They face difficulties because they are not accepted by society. They suffer a lot of hardships that are not deserved and have to deal with being judged and used by others.

The next part of the film takes a deep dive into the domain of the corporate world led by greed. Love, Sex Aur Dhokha 2 exposed how some companies blinded by their selfishness make immoral decisions to attain more wealth and get ahead of their competition. Swastika Mukherjee was excellent at portraying a character who is struggling with her moral principles and her desire for success.

The last part of Love, Sex Aur Dhokha 2 showcases the competitive world of social media where everyone wants to gain attention by using any means necessary. It highlighted the fact that people just adopt any personality to gain attention and go viral. The story showcases both the bright and dark sides of becoming a virtual celebrity by following the story of Shubham who wants to make it big in the world of social media. This part also features Urfi Javed as the epitome of online fame.

Love, Sex Aur Dhokha 2 is trying to divert our attention towards the dangers of this hyperconnected world we live in today. It pushes the views in the corner to question our priorities and values that forge our personality in today's digital world. In this film, you can feel the anger and frustration that Dibakar Banerjee is feeling, which helps emphasize the movie's main idea about how society is on a downward spiral and how the morals of people are getting corrupted.

Although the sequel is not as fresh as the original, it still makes you wonder about the consequences of our excessive reliance on technology.
