Ayodhya: The sixth day of the consecration ceremony of the Shri Ram Temple in Ayodhya unfolded on a serene Sunday morning, commencing at nine o'clock. The sacred ritual involved bathing the idol of Lord Rama with sanctified water drawn from 114 Kalash (vases), which held a blend of medicated water and holy water collected from revered pilgrimage sites across the nation.

The ceremonial proceedings comprised daily worship, havan (ritualistic fire offering), and continuous chanting, extending into the late hours of the evening. The sanctified idol of Lord Ram Lalla found its place in the Madhyadhivas, with Jagran (night vigil) held on the same day. Within the ritual hall, the ancient idol of Lord Rama received devout worship. The pujas, adorned with various flowers sourced from diverse locations, including Chennai and Pune, added a colorful and aromatic dimension to the worship rituals.
