Stree 2 Trailer

Literally the wait is now over! The trailer for the second part of the much-loved film is finally out now, and it looks like it is going to be more horror-comedy filled than the first part. helmed by Amar Kaushik, this sequel to the superhit of 2018 ‘Stree’ returns Rajkummar Rao, Shraddha Kapoor, Pankaj Tripathi, Abhishek Banerjee, Aparshakti Khurana.

The earlier version of “Stree” was a horror comedy that had managed to get a great response from the audience and the same is expected from “Stree 2”. The trailer highlights that the town of Chanderi is under attack of spirits for the second time.
In this instance the antagonists involves a headless monster called ‘Sarkata’ who rises from the ashes and comes to haunt the inhabitants.

Thus, the trailer begins with the character played by Pankaj Tripathi, who reported that the evil force that, according to the old scripts, appeared again.
Jai said that there is a headless monster named Sarkata again came back to Chanderi and people are getting scared. The heroes are not aware on how to deal with this new terror.

The hero of the film Rajkummar Rao’s character has a girlfriend in form of Shraddha Kapoor but she is portrayed to be a mysterious lady.
Vicky, played by Ayushmann Khurrana, has aspirations of having a girlfriend though his friend, played by Aparshakti Khurana, questions the imaginary girlfriend notion. Contrasting to the first part, the second half trailer has a dramatic entry of Shraddha Kapoor suggesting her character’s return and thus, adding more flavours of romance and mystery into the plot.

It also focuses on revealing the existing crisis in Chanderi in the trailer. Finally, all the women of the town beg Vicky to kill the headless monster. But Vicky, of course, looks rather scared of the giant monster or whatever it is.
Sarkata can manipulate and subdue Chanderi men to become violent like they are seen in the movie. Vicky and his friends know that they have limited time to find and stop Sarkata before Mahapooja Day, otherwise, they all are doomed.

"Stree 2" is a perfect blend of horror and comedy. The opening scene of the trailer will definately make you jump out of your seat and just a few seconds later, you won't be able to control your laughter from the perfect comedic timing of Pankaj Tripathi.

Stree 2 will hit the theaters on the eve of Independence day.
